I could either burn back to gate, and try to get into the station on the other side and hope everyone agressed, or I could attempt to warp off. As I got the loaded the last gate grid, I filled with dread. The wreck had a Stratios Chip! I immediately headed back to station, and at the next location, and what would happen but:Īnother Chip! With my valuable cargo in the hold, I headed back to my home station. It had the usual drone trash at the top, which was nothing interesting, but then… I know this isn’t from in-game, I already converted the chips. After they were all destroyed, I headed to the only wreck with loot in it, a Sentient Cruiser drone wreck. Few hostiles in local, no combat probes on d-scan, and rats were dying in boring fashion. Just as I finished destroying the last of the rats, the escalation message popped up.Īt the first location, there was nothing to note. The escalation, “ Menacing Mechanics” intrigued me as I read through the site overview on the wiki. Running the site itself was boring, though, as my terribly-fit ship was doing kind of badly. I was planning on running the site for the sec status, being a low-sec pvper, after all, so my sec status was quite low. I found one of these sites in my home system, and decided to run it in my Vexor Navy Issue. However, the Sentient drone which spawns at the end of the site can drop the aforementioned Drone Nexus Chips.
The Rogue Drone Combat Site “ Ruins” is normally a mediocre site, with no loots, average bounties, and weak salvaging. Normally, these drops are quite rare, but recently, I have had some very lucky drops. These can be turned in to the Sisters of EVE LP store for Astero, Stratios, or Nestor blueprints, depending on the chip. In the Kronos Release, Drone Nexus Chips were added to the game.
